Choosing the right photo
You don’t need a professional photo — just one where we can clearly see the little details that make them, them.
Clear & well lit
Natural light and a clear view of their face gives us the most detail to work with.
Avoid very dark photos
Very dark or blurry images can hide the details we need to capture their features properly.
Closer is better
Try to choose a photo where your pet takes up a good amount of the frame.
If you're unsure, choose the photo you love most — we can always let you know if another one would work better.
